I got pulled over for a rolling stop. In my culture, that's called "efficient driving." The cop was sitting half a mile away — I'm not saying he had a telescope, but I'm pretty sure he could see my license plate and my breakfast choices. Gianni is the first lawyer who took my case seriously. I paid him over Zelle without ever meeting him — I've done more due diligence buying a $15 phone case on Amazon. He got the ticket reduced to just a fine — no points on my license. Then he followed up to make sure I paid it. I've never had a lawyer chase me down to save me from myself before. Excellent service. Lastly, a shoutout to the Great Neck police — equal opportunity enforcers. They pull over rich and poor alike for stop sign violations. They're like Robin Hood, except they keep the money. End of the month, driving through Great Neck is like driving through a toll booth that chases you. I saw three active arrests in half a mile once. From the minute I called Mr Gianni he told me to come in and talk. When I got to the office I explained my part of the story and he told me what he can possibly do to lower my vtl charge and he actually did better than what he said. I must say I am completely satisfied with his exceptional knowledge. I had no idea how long or what was going to really happen. He told me you hired me let me worry about your case. Continue to do what you do let me handle this. The more I spoke to him the more I felt relieved. He was representing me in Nassau County which is one the tougher counties to deal with. Even in that county he was able to handle my vtl charge which could have had a very ugly outcome. I am amazed on how fast he was able to get me the best possible deal that I got. Mr Gianni is located right across the street from the court. He is in and out of that courtroom every day. Think about it he is a familiar face and respected. He also helped me get my vehicle back from the Queens County DA’s office which they claimed was evidence in the case.
